How will my purchase be shipped?
At this time all major appliances we sell are shipped CURBSIDE only via common carrier. Tracking information will be uploaded to the website once the item ships. We also try to send an email directly to you as well. The truck lines will contact you for delivery. Small items are shipped via UPS or FedEx

When will my delivery arrive?
We process all new appliance orders quickly. The delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery day and time. Most deliveries arrive in 3-10 business days.
They will be delivered curbside only. Steps are not included.

Sales Tax?

We only collect sales tax on Illinois residents and deliveries

IMPORTANT
Please open all products BEFORE you sign the delivery receipt. If there is any product damage, please refuse that item, and note that on the delivery receipt. You do not have to refuse the entire order. Only the damaged item(s). Please contact us immediately.

We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes

Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your product thoroughly before signing for them. The box and or packing may seem in good condition, but it is still possible that the item inside could still be damaged. You must check for internal and external damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage to the product, refuse the item and make a note of the damage on the bill of lading. Please call us immediately. If any damage issues are discovered after signing for your items, you will responsible for filing any claims with the shipping company.

Delivery and Installation Information

Refrigeration
Water lines are not included. They can be purchased from your local hardware store if needed.

Ranges and Dryers
Cords, gas flex connectors, & venting are not included. Please purchase the appropriate cord from your local hardware store.

Washing Machines
Water and drain hoses are included with MOST washers. If you need longer hoses, they can be purchased from a local hardware store. Please remove all packing and transportation bolts before attempting to use your new washer.

Dishwashers
Any hoses, fittings, on/off valves, etc. may be purchased from your local hardware store.

Built-In Appliances (Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Drawers, etc)
Please visit the manufacturers website and download the installation and dimension guides before purchasing a built in appliance. This will ensure that your purchase will fit when it arrives.
